Conference Office

 

On Monday the conference office is located in the foyer of the C.A.R.L and from Tuesday in in room S04. The information desk will be located in the foyer of the C.A.R.L. for the entire duration of the conference.

The opening hours of the conference office are:

Monday 25.03.2019 11:00 - 19:00
Tuesday 25.03.2019 08:00 - 17:00
Wednesday 25.03.2019 08:00 - 17:00
Thursday 25.03.2019 08:00 - 17:00
Friday 25.03.2019 08:00 - 12:00

In the conference office at the university or a conference bag with the "Verhandlungen" (printed programme with abstracts - if this has been ordered), the short programme, the login-password for using WiFi at the university, the conference ID card (payment receipt for the paid conference fee) and your name tag. The name tag must be worn visibly during the entire conference as it identifies you as a conference participant.

The organizers, staff of the conference office and the student assistants will be identifiable by colored Ф-t-shirts and name tags. Please contact them if you have any questions.

Express-Check-In

Conference participants who have registered in advance and paid the conference fee will receive their confirmation of participation latest 2 weeks before the conference. This confirmation contains a QR Code. Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference as printout or via smartphone/notebook. With the QR Code you can use the express-check-in at the conference office and you can print out the conference ID card and your name tag by yourself. With this printouts you will get your conference documents.

This process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. Nevertheless, waiting times are to be expected. Please plan enough time and have your payment confirmation ready by arrival.
